What Citadel Cares is
Citadel Cares is our employee-led community program. Our team picks the causes, plans the events, and shows up — on company time and their own.
The work is hands-on: volunteer days with local nonprofits, food and supply drives, cleanups, and mentorship. It’s a natural extension of what we do every day — looking out for the health and safety of the people around us.
