City of Thousand Oaks Comprehensive Health & Safety Program

Citadel EHS provides comprehensive health, safety, and industrial hygiene program support to the City of Thousand Oaks, beginning with a citywide safety program audit in 2019 and continuing through multi-year implementation and training support.

City of Oceanside Health & Safety Support

Citadel EHS provides ongoing health, safety, and industrial hygiene consulting support to the City of Oceanside, helping the City maintain compliance with applicable local, state, and federal occupational health and safety requirements. The engagement supports a complex municipal organization whose operations span public safety, parks and recreation, public works, water utilities, and water and wastewater treatment.

Life Sciences & Biotechnology

Illumina Multi-Site Confined Space Safety Assessment

Illumina, Inc. retained Citadel EHS to perform a comprehensive confined-space evaluation across four manufacturing sites in the Americas. The project was designed to identify and classify confined spaces under Cal/OSHA 8 CCR §5157 and Federal OSHA 29 CFR §1910.146, identify associated hazards, and develop recommendations for personal protective equipment and rescue methods.

Eaton Aerospace Confined Space Assessment & OSHA Compliance

Citadel EHS performed a facility-wide confined space assessment and hazard classification at Eaton Aerospace Group's Mission Systems Division facility in Davenport, Iowa, helping the client identify and classify confined and enclosed spaces and maintain documentation supporting OSHA compliance.

Santa Susana Field Lab

The Santa Susana Field Laboratory (SSFL), located at 5800 Woolsey Canyon Road in Canoga Park, California, is a former U.S. government energy research and development facility. Although industrial operations ceased in 2006, the site contains residual radionuclide, soil, groundwater, and stormwater contamination. The responsible parties - Boeing, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) - are conducting a comprehensive environmental cleanup to support long-term site restoration and safe future use.

Healthcare System Occupational Exposure & Industrial Hygiene Consulting

Citadel EHS has provided industrial hygiene and indoor environmental quality consulting services for a health care facility client in Oregon since 2021, including occupational exposure evaluations, noise dosimetry, and technical review of facility-related health and safety concerns.
