Grace has practiced industrial hygiene for more than 20 years, with deep experience in compliance programs, indoor air quality investigations, health and safety program development, and remediation oversight.
She writes technical specifications for mitigation projects and has taught industrial hygiene courses through UC Extension, where she earned an outstanding instructor award. A Certified Industrial Hygienist known for clear risk communication, Grace co-founded Aurora Industrial Hygiene in 1996 and led its Los Angeles-area practice, which joined Citadel EHS in 2026.
She is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Industrial Hygiene and a member and advisor of the American IAQ Council.
