Shannon Mateik has been with Citadel EHS for over 11 years. She joined the company supporting both Accounting and Human Resources before eventually focusing her career exclusively on Human Resources. As Citadel continued to grow, so did her passion for supporting employees and helping build a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and connected.
Drawing on more than a decade of experience with Citadel, Shannon believes Human Resources is about more than policies and procedures, it's about people. She is passionate about building relationships, listening to employee feedback, and helping bridge the gap between employees and leadership through open communication and practical solutions.
