Citadel’s External Board of Directors

Glenn Fishler and Simon Turner are Citadel’s two external Board of Directors who provide support and mentorship.

You may be familiar with Citadel’s practice leaders and CEO, Loren Witkin–but what about the individuals who support management us behind the scenes? In addition to our internal Board Members Loren Witkin and Greg McIver, and advisors Jeff Mistarz and Brad Mishlove, Citadel is fortunate to have extensively experienced professionals as external Board Members providing corporate governance and their wealth of insight. These individuals are titans within their respective industries who, instead of resting on their laurels, are choosing to assist businesses along their growth.

Glenn Fishler, the former Chairman, President, & CEO of EORM (now BSI EHS Services and Solutions) led the growth of his company to $30/year in revenue with 165 employees. Simon Turner was newly appointed in April of 2023. Simon was the CEO of Healthy Buildings until 2019 when it was sold to Underwriters Laboratories. He now advises growing firms in his field as Founder of Building Cognition. Citadel is thankful to have the mentorship and guidance of these industry experts on our Board of Directors on how to better serve our clients, our community, and our environment. /inside-citadel/#leadership

$73 Million Approved for Zero-Emission Trucks & Infrastructure

The South Coast AQMD Governing Board has approved $73.1 million through the WAIRE Mitigation Program to support zero-emission Class 4-8 trucks, zero-emission yard trucks, and related charging and fueling infrastructure.
