Our advisory services were requested by a preeminent manufacturer in the outdoor apparel industry in need of addressing a due diligence project that resulted in nearly $4M in damages and the contamination of their proposed new headquarters building.

Our litigation services team reviewed an extensive amount of documentation, including proposals, contracts, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Hazmat Assessment reports, invoices, cost estimates, and various court filings to evaluate fault and estimated damages. Based on our research findings, we presented a strategy for the plaintiffs to recover damages as a result of the previous environmental team’s negligence. The result was a multi-million dollar, out-of-court settlement by the Defendant.
