Citadel EHS provides ongoing NPDES compliance, groundwater monitoring, and reporting services for this client under the leadership of Nalinna Rasu, Principal and Project Manager within Citadel’s Environmental Compliance Department. Services support compliance with applicable National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements and associated regulations by the Los Angeles and Regional Water Quality Control Boards.
Citadel EHS oversees and manages a comprehensive groundwater quality monitoring program, which includes routine monthly, quarterly, and annual groundwater sampling. Services encompass coordination with certified analytical laboratories, validation and evaluation of analytical data, and interpretation of results to ensure continued compliance with NPDES permit conditions.
In addition to field monitoring, Citadel EHS prepares required Quarterly and Annual NPDES Reports, including data analysis, trend evaluation, and clear documentation of groundwater sampling results. Reports are prepared in accordance with permit-specific reporting requirements and submitted to regulatory agencies to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
Citadel EHS also provides operation and maintenance (O&M) support for onsite groundwater treatment systems, where applicable, which include routine system inspections, performance evaluations, and assessment of treatment media effectiveness. Services include coordination of system repairs, troubleshooting operational issues, and support for equipment upgrades or modifications as needed to maintain system performance and regulatory compliance.
Through integrated monitoring, reporting, and treatment system management, Citadel EHS helps the client maintain long-term groundwater compliance, reduce regulatory risk, and ensure reliable operation of environmental control systems.
