Citadel EHS provides ongoing groundwater and wastewater compliance consulting at a commercial retail property operating an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS), supporting compliance with NPDES Order No. 2014-0153-DWQ — the General Waste Discharge Requirements for Small Domestic Wastewater Systems issued by the State Water Resources Control Board.
Operating an OWTS requires continuous permit coverage and a Monitoring and Reporting Program, with effluent and groundwater sampling obligations and quarterly reporting to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board.
Citadel conducts monthly and quarterly effluent and groundwater sampling in accordance with permit requirements and prepares the required Quarterly Monitoring Reports documenting sampling results and compliance status.
Working closely with facility staff and agency representatives, Citadel supports proactive issue resolution and uninterrupted operation of the treatment system — managing regulatory risk across NPDES and OWTS permitting requirements.
