Citadel EHS has provided building sciences, industrial hygiene, environmental health, and regulated materials consulting services for Healthcare Realty properties and project sites since 2021, including a Limited Regulated Materials Survey in support of a tenant improvement remodel at a MultiCare Health System facility in Tacoma, Washington.
Cadence Academy Preschool
AB-2370 Compliance for Two Licensed Child Care Centers
Citadel EHS was retained by Cadence Academy Preschool to perform lead in drinking water testing at two licensed child care centers in the Valencia neighborhood of Santa Clarita, in response to CDSS Provider Information Notice 21-21-CCP, which outlines mandatory lead sampling and reporting requirements for Child Care Centers under Assembly Bill 2370.

Aerially Deposited Lead Assessment for a Mountain Gateway Park
Citadel EHS provided environmental compliance and soil investigation services to the Watershed Conservation Authority for the River Wilderness Park Entry Development Project along San Gabriel Canyon Road (SR-39) in Los Angeles County — a new gateway park to the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument including roadway improvements, utility installation, trail extensions, and infrastructure upgrades within and adjacent to Caltrans right-of-way.

NOV Resolution and Ongoing CUPA Compliance for a Manufacturer
Citadel EHS provides hazardous materials compliance consulting for Nature's Specialties' manufacturing facility in Corona, California — initiated in response to a Notice of Violation from the Corona Fire Department, the local CUPA, requiring updates to the facility's Hazardous Materials Business Plan under the California Fire Code.

CUPA Violation Correction for a Community College
Citadel EHS provides environmental compliance and hazardous waste consulting to Rio Hondo College in support of correcting and abating violations issued by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the local CUPA — helping the college achieve and maintain compliance with California hazardous materials and hazardous waste regulations for educational and laboratory facilities.

Santa Susana Field Lab (SSFL)
The Santa Susana Field Laboratory (SSFL), located at 5800 Woolsey Canyon Road in Canoga Park, California, is a former U.S. government energy research and development facility. Although industrial operations ceased in 2006, the site contains residual radionuclide, soil, groundwater, and stormwater contamination. The responsible parties - Boeing, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) - are conducting a comprehensive environmental cleanup to support long-term site restoration and safe future use.
