LAFC Stadium & Training Facility Development
Citadel EHS provided environmental and industrial hygiene consulting during development of two major Los Angeles Football Club facilities: Banc of California Stadium and the LAFC Practice Facility and Field at California State University, Los Angeles. Citadel supported project teams with subsurface assessment, construction-phase soil characterization, hazardous materials guidance, and worker and community air monitoring to help address environmental conditions encountered during active construction.

Century Plaza Hotel Redevelopment Project
Citadel EHS provided environmental due diligence, hazardous materials consulting, and abatement oversight for the multi-year redevelopment of the historic Century Plaza Hotel property. Services included Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, comprehensive Environmentally Regulated Materials surveys across more than 600,000 square feet, and evaluation of asbestos, lead, PCBs, universal wastes, and other regulated materials.

Citadel EHS provided comprehensive environmental, hazardous materials, industrial hygiene, and remediation consulting in support of the Long Beach Civic Center redevelopment in Long Beach, California. The project involved replacement and modernization of aging civic facilities, including City Hall, the Main Library, Lincoln Park, and surrounding site improvements.

Citadel EHS manages the investigation and remediation of a 0.64 acre commercial property in the City of Oakland within Alameda County. The site is an Equitable Communities Revitalization Grant (ECRG) environmental investigation project under the oversight of the Department of Toxic Substances (DTSC).

The Santa Ana Civic Center Redevelopment Program is transforming a significant portion of Orange County's government campus through the replacement of aging facilities with a modern mixed-use civic complex that will consolidate public services and include new event and conference facilities. The long-term redevelopment effort is being implemented in multiple phases and requires careful management of environmental risks associated with demolition and construction activities.

Environmental Consulting & Redevelopment Support for a Landmark Luxury Hospitality Destination
One Beverly Hills is a transformative luxury hospitality and residential development located at the western gateway to Beverly Hills at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. The approximately 17.4-acre project site encompasses the Beverly Hilton, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, adjacent development parcels, and the former service station property at 9988 Wilshire Boulevard. The broader redevelopment plan integrates new hotel and residential development, extensive landscaped open space and amenities, a conference center, below-grade parking, and enhancements to the existing Beverly Hilton.

LAX ConRAC / Manchester Square Redevelopment
Citadel EHS provided multidisciplinary environmental consulting and construction-phase support for the redevelopment of the Manchester Square neighborhood associated with the new LAX Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility. Working initially with Myers-Griffith and subsequently with PCL Construction, Citadel supported the project from pre-demolition assessment through abatement, excavation, grading, and active construction.

Comprehensive Environmental Assessment, Site Investigation, and Mitigation Design – Los Angeles County General Hospital Redevelopment
Citadel EHS performed an Environmentally Regulated Materials (ERM) survey for the redevelopment of the Los Angeles County General Hospital in Los Angeles, California. The survey included the main hospital building, a multi-wing, an 18-story building with a basement, a concrete structure with multiple levels and areas of roofing, built in the late 1920’s to early 1930’s.
